If I were smart...

...I would pack lunch the night before.
So far, packing lunch in a healthier way is a slow change for me.  First I'll concentrate on the food...next I'll work on when I pack it.
Today's Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese squares, Rice Cakes, Roasted Turkey Rolls, Grapes, Banana, Cheese Puffs and Juicy Juice.
This is actually the third Bento-style lunch I've packed, and each day, there's something left.  Usually, it's something he doesn't like...we'll see what's left today!
